Banyan Street Capital is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Class A office asset in Buckhead. Minimum 3 years’ commercial property management experience required.
The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated team player with exceptional customer service, verbal and written skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking expertise is necessary to coordinate a wide variety of activities aimed at ensuring smooth operations. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to Senior and Regional Manager to result in effective communication between property team, tenants, vendors, and asset management.
Primary liaison with tenants and vendors to facilitate all requests.
Facilitates lease and contract administration to ensure tenant billings and property invoices are timely and accurate.
Participates in the preparation of monthly reporting and annual budgets.
Performs property inspections and creates work orders, as necessary.
Working hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Yardi, work order systems, Kardin, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
