Facilities Technician Atlanta, GA | Full-Time, Hourly (Benefits Eligible)
Turner Enterprises Management, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of the Turner Building, 157 Building, and surrounding grounds on Luckie Street. This is a hands-on role focused on general maintenance, groundskeeping, cleaning, and building appearance, working closely with the Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Exterior grounds cleanup and landscaping
Building walkthroughs to identify maintenance and safety needs
Interior cleaning support (vacuuming, mopping, janitorial assistance)
Lighting maintenance and safety checks
Recycling program support, plant care, and supply inventory
Occasional assistance with basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry tasks
Qualifications:
2–3 years of general maintenance or facilities experience
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or similar role.
Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining building appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
This position requires operation of vehicles, and you’ll need to possess a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Your driving record will need to meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company’s insurance provider.
You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.
