The Chief Engineer is an active working role that organizes, monitors and supervises the maintenance and repair activities of the church campus including the main campus, parking deck and lot, and senior pastor's residence. The Chief Engineer is charged with oversight of all major systems within the church campus, focused on safety and comfort of the staff, visitors, church congregation and clients. Assisting the facilities management staff in providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, the Chief Engineer is an important member of the team supporting FPC Atlanta and its mission and ministry. The Chief Engineer will provide their recommendations for the repair and maintenance needed for the church assets through annual planning for budgets and monthly tracking of ex
