COMMERCIAL SENIOR BUILDING TECHNICIAN Classification: non-exempt, hourly Reports to: Maintenance Manager and/or Vice President Property Management Date of Last Review: August 2023 Summary/ObjectiveThe Senior Building Technician is responsible for maintaining all the building systems on a day-to-day basis through preventative and requested work orders. This position frequently interacts with tenants and is the point person for designated office building(s).Essential Functions• Requires proficient knowledge of building systems electricity, HVAC, equipment repair and general building maintenance.• Perform repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment including but not limited to electrical,
