Based in Atlanta (headquarters), the SVP will lead and manage the department's redevelopment, construction and development activities in the Company's seven core operating markets. Piedmont has a strong track record of acquiring value-add office properties that will benefit from substantial repositioning efforts. It also owns multiple land parcels that can accommodate new office buildings and ancillary development, such as restaurants and apartments, to help create more vibrant and compelling work environments.
