Provides mentoring and career training and guidance.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan.
Authority to make financial decisions to increase revenue and drive profits.
Ability to work closely with clients to develop plans to increase profits and grow asset values.

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage and/or management role interacting with both institutional clients and commercial real estate brokers. Experience should include all asset types and classes, with a focus on office and retail.
Deep understanding of the market and its key players and decision makers.
Demonstrated track record in deal making.
Strong understanding and ability to recruit and mentor team members.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to read and, write and communicate effectively to prepare and explain financial data to business leaders and managers, team members, clients, investors, executives, and other business contacts.
Existing industry relationships (advisors, sponsors, and brokers).
Excellent presentation and sales skills.
Performance driven, adaptable, and team oriented.
Ability to work independently and react quickly in a demanding fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple aspects of the business unit and balance priorities and deadlines.
